Truity Partners is supporting a nonprofit firm in Milwaukee with their search for an Executive Assistant. This is a career, temp-to-hire position offering a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days remote after training). Compensation is estimated at $31-$34 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting prep
- Coordinate board meetings and communications, including materials, minutes, and logistics
- Support the Executive Team with project coordination, communication, and agency-wide meeting planning
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
- Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement of administrative processes
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant required
- Prior experience in a nonprofit setting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 – Word, OneNote, Teams, etc.
- Associates degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
