Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for a Finance Director. Our client is looking for someone with 5 years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. This company offers a dedicated team, laid back atmosphere, and flexibility. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $80k - $120k.
The Finance Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate financial reports regarding projections, growth, and operational efficiency.
Support the financial department in all responsibilities, assisting with day-to-day financial operations such as 401[k), payments, reports, and banking.
Oversee the IT department and manage overall IT contractors or personnel.
Collaborate with HR representatives to address HR issues and assist with Insurance, 401(k), etc.
Maintain regular communication with other departments regarding projects and set sales goals.
Assist with organizing company outings and special events.
Conduct special projects and assist other departments, as needed.
The Finance Director will possess the following :
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
5 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, portraying a high degree of professionalism.
Previous experience working in the construction industry preferred.
