- Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop financial models, analyze ROI, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Process Improvement: Streamline processes, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional projects.
- Strategic Growth Support: Assist in M&A activity, business unit expansion, and financial project coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5 years of financial analysis and cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
