Truity Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day HR activities, providing guidance and support on complex HR issues, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain critical HR documents, such as employee handbooks and job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support on FMLA, disability, or other leave situations.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee interactions.
- Provide leadership and support to the corporate and field HR teams.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.
Requirements
The HR Manager will require:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
