We are seeking a Payroll Specialist for a temporary opportunity with one of our clients. This position has become available due to a team member giving notice, and the client is looking for interim support to ensure their payroll operations continue to run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 500 non-union employees across multiple entities.
- Perform payroll analysis, entries, and bank reconciliations related to payroll postings.
- Review payroll postings for accuracy and completeness; month-end reviews conducted by the Corporate Controller.
- Ensure accurate allocations and charges for multiple entities.
