Pricing Analyst (40467)
Our client is a well-established and growing law firm, based downtown Chicago and seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their team. In this role you will work closely with leadership, build out and analyze pricing models, participate in firmwide financial analysis, and get involved in strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and support rate proposals, alternative fee arrangements, matter budgets, and pricing strategies for client requests and business development efforts, including RFPs.
- Perform analysis and reporting to assist with client and matter management, budgeting, and benchmarking of billing rates.
- Manage the annual billing rate process and maintain standard hourly rates, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the year.
- Identify, document, and monitor alternative fee arrangements while enhancing financial models and templates to streamline pricing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting
- 2 years of public accounting experience (ideally audit)
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
