SOX Analyst (40701)
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a SOX Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 1 years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is $75k - $110k.
The SOX Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct overall risk assessments, including financial statements, general ledger accounts, and financial reporting.
- Document key financial processes and identify related risks, updating process narratives and flowcharts.
- Create and improve processes that enhance internal controls and positively impact the business.
- Maintain report matrices and test systematic reports.
- Develop and maintain risk and control matrices, and coordinate with Internal Audit on testing requirements.
- Coordinate SOX testing between Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
The SOX Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
- 1 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical with strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
