Our client is an organization in the Rockford area looking for a VP of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with 6 years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is $175k.
The VP of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to strategic planning and provide long-range plans, forecasts, and evaluations.
- Present financial data ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
- Understand and manage complex revenue streams, including private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and grant funding.
- Oversee the annual budget process and manage cash flow, cash reporting, and investment maximization.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records, oversee timely depreciation, and ensure proper real estate recordkeeping and tax payments.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
The VP of Finance will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA required.
- 6 years of related experience.
- Proven track record of financial leadership, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office.
