TrueJourney Financial Advisors is an investment planning and private wealth management practice providing financial advisory, investment, and wealth planning services. We build customized investment portfolios that are aligned to each client’s financial objectives as part of a comprehensive wealth management plan. As Relationship Manager, you will be counted on to provide exceptional customer service, support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients, and serve as administrative support to the TrueJourney team.
The Role of Relationship Manager:

Duties:
- Assist with collection, creation, and distribution of client investment plans.
- Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
- Assist in meeting scheduling, reminders, gathering and inputting clients’ outside financial data as needed.
- Prepare, send, follow up, and process forms and other operational functions as requested by FA and/or clients.
- Provide service to clients via phone, email, and written correspondence including but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity, etc.
- Enter security order tickets after being approved by the FA.
- Provide marketing and event assistance as needed.
- Catalog and submit vendor invoices as requested.
- Take client meeting notes as requested by FA.
- Perform various administrative functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience is desired.
- Series 7 and 66 securities registered is preferred but not required.
Investment products and services are offered through Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC (WFAFN), Member SIPC. TrueJourney is a separate entity from WFAFN.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
