Purpose of the Job
The Loan Activation and Accounts Receivables Support role assists in the loan activation process, assisting with documentation, verifications, and communications with clients. Additionally, the role provides support in managing accounts receivables, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and addressing customer inquiries.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assists in the loan activation process by reviewing loan applications, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy in loan documentation.
- Collaborates with underwriting and sales teams to gather necessary information and documentation for loan approvals.
- Monitors loan pipelines, track progress, and update relevant systems and databases accordingly.
- Processes payments, reconcile accounts, and manage accounts receivables activities.
- Generates and distributes reports related to loan activation, accounts receivables, and payment processing.
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan activations and accounts receivables in a timely and professional manner.
- Assists with data entry, document filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Follows company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all loan activation and accounts receivables activities.
- Participates in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Stays updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to loan processing and premium finance.
