Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate banquet staff to ensure seamless service during events.
- Manage banquet setup, including table arrangements and decor to meet event specifications.
- Oversee food presentation and service quality to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding menu items and special requests.
- Train new staff on service standards and procedures for banquet operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies before events to ensure readiness.
