We are looking for a Host/Take Out to join our team at our premier, private, member-only golf club in Potomac Falls, VA. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them in accordance with club policies, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing general assistance to members and their guests. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the restaurant team and will help ensure that all members/guests have a elevated dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations and facilitate take out orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Ensure members/guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Provide menus and explain specials to guests.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
