In this position, you will work primarily at our boutique hotel, Albemarle Estate, but will occasionally work at other locations across the nearly 1,300 acre property.
Title: Maintenance Tech
Location: Trump Winery - 20 minutes south of Downtown Charlottesville, 15 minutes north of Scottsville
Pay: $18- 21/hr Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Full-time on-site, non-exempt, regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week Thursday to Sunday 9 am - 7 pm or Thursday to Monday 11 am to 7 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Maintain facilities, including but not limited to: basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, sheet rock, and HVAC
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to facilities, including but not limited to: changing air filters, water filters, equipment filters
- Read and carry out work orders
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, and electric meters
- Contribute to team: perform other duties as required to meet business needs and provide assistance as needed completing and collaborating on projects/tasks
- Work safely and maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain a professional attitude with all guests, employees, and vendors
- Assist with keeping to the highest standards set by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be flexible with schedule i.e. some weekends, nights, and call-in rotation
- Must be able to work on your feet 8 hours/day, bend, squat, stretch, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis; 50 pounds on occasion
