We are hiring a Full Time Associate Clinician to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Folsom, CA location!

Responsibilities:
- Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
- Assist with assessments for clients.
- Introduce therapy programs.
- select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA’s guidance.
- Experience supervising and training therapists, providing parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Experience managing a clinical caseload and creating and monitoring the outcomes of behavioral programs under the supervisor of a BCBA.
- Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Required, Master's Preferred.
- Completed cource work and 2 years of therapist experience working with individuals with Autism.
