TRUMPF is seeking a self-motivated Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable Intern who is ready to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced and professional business setting. This internship will provide the student exposure to real-world business problems and also give them the opportunity to hone their problem-solving and communication skills. Internship will be from May 2025 to December 2025 for 25-32 hours a week.

Education
Must be a student enrolled in an accredited university or institution pursuing an undergraduate’s degree in a related field.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with Accounts Receivable to apply incoming customer payments, reconcile bank accounts, and research queries into customer accounts as needed.
- Responsible for EDI initiatives: managing customer portal invoice uploads for TRUMPF's EDI customers, ensuring invoices are loaded in a timely manner and problems are notified to management to enact timely solutions.
- Manage the Credit Inbox, TRUMPF"s customer correspondence inbox for client inquiries and issues.
- Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and payments, resolve open issues, and other correspondence with customers as needed.
- Create and process customer refunds as needed, working with the TPLA team and the collectors to
- Assist with creation of AR Reporting: use Excel, PowerBI, and other reporting tools as needed to create and update reports which monitor department KPIs and provide our internal and external customers data on our performance.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as they arise for Credit, Collections and Accounts Receivable and other departments as needed.
