- Identify data-driven opportunities to improve our machine assembly process using analytical and technical knowledge.
- The LiftMaster Compact is the fastest and most compact loading and unloading unit in the TRUMPF portfolio. Work with our team to identify opportunities to improve key production metrics (labor rate, rework, lost time), while solving for root causes and facilitating sustainable change.
- Perform time studies in the assembly process of the TruArc Weld products, the LiftMaster Compact and our platform laser product.
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis to real-world issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
