TruNorth Automation is seeking an administrator experienced in Quality Systems to join our team! In this role, your primary responsibility will be monitoring the production and processes of our organization are within company standards and industry requirements. As a company, our goal is to become ISO 9001 certified and set standards to maintain that certification. As our Quality Coordinator You are the person to help us reach that goal!

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or related experience, preferably in Business Administration or similar
· Previous experience in Quality systems, preferably with ISO 9001
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Work well independently with high attention to detail
· US citizen or authorization to work permanently for any Employer in the United States
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring the manufacturing processes and ensuring machinery produced are within company and industry requirements.
· Quality policies and procedures - developing quality control processes for all functions of TruNorth Automation
· Create and uphold standard operating procedures for all systems.
· Monitor and assist with the development and implementation of improved management systems throughout the company
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
· Check that all systems are developed to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability
· Perform internal and external audits for all business systems.
· Develop standardized check lists for each audit.
· Create improvement plans for persons and procedures when necessary.
· Follow up on improvement plan implementation
· Improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness by using data and evidence to lead to informed decision-making
· Train additional quality monitoring staff as needed
· Prepare for and execute both external and internal audits with the appropriate governing bodies
· Assist with other Administrative tasks as necessary
