Customer Service Lead – Manufacturing
Location: Onsite | Sheridan, CO
We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join a dynamic manufacturing company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with contracts, support military and defense clients, and contribute to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an individual contributor supporting the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing complex contracts and orders.
- Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and specifications within contracts to ensure the accurate supply of adhesive materials and films for defense projects.
- Oversee and facilitate the processing of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team.
- Proficiency in an ERP system.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Background in aerospace or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and specifications.
- Experience handling complex purchase orders.
