Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Extrusion Technician (plastics, polymers, or injection molding)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, or Teams
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in film manufacturing
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, such as calipers and micrometers
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the rebuilding and maintenance of equipment
- Oversee the production of optic and energy film
- Troubleshoot machinery and software issues
- Operate a pallet jack and tow motor as needed
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including first shift for training, day shift, and occasional night shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21.87 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
