What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mold/Tool Maker position at Trusnik Brothers Investments?
Primary responsibilities:
- Repair tools based on specific complaints and specifications
- Trouble shoot and resolve issues from the manufacturing floor failures
- Workbench skilled work such as spotting and measuring and entering of dimensional changes from drawings
- Inspect tools or components for wear, replace defective and worn parts, rework tools and molds
- Test repaired tools and molds
- Assemble and Disassemble injection molds for repair and inspection
Required Experience
- 5 years of experience tool or mold making within the injection molding space benching and fitting molds
- 5 year of experience with various equipment such as knee mills, surface grinder, radial arm drill presses, laser welds, CNC VMS, C
- Must provide their own tools such as Calipers, Micrometer, depth mic, Indicator, drive pin punches, 6” and 12” scale, layout scribes, etc.
- Programing Experience using Master Cam
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
