REQUIRED SKILLS:
9 years experience operating Print Press equipment
Experience training, leading, or managing a team
LEAN manufacturing experience
Job Responsibilities:
Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Monitor the workflow of printing, finishing, and packaging processes to ensure timely completion.
Optimize machine usage and minimize downtime through effective planning and troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
