- Serve as the primary receptionist, managing front desk coverage with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Welcome office visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, client visits, and company events.
- Manage office supplies, including stocking and organizing the copy room.
- Handle mail and packages, ensuring timely sorting and distribution.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members as needed.
- Address inquiries from guests and team members, offering prompt and helpful solutions.
- Update the build portal with new home agreements and edits, ensuring accurate records.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, fostering a smooth transition into the company.
- Act as an executive assistant to the owner, handling tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and office administration.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.75 - $19.25 per hour
