About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Delivery and Account Director who is ready to take the next step in their career by overseeing a large enterprise client portfolio. This individual will serve as the direct point of contact for scaling existing business and bringing in new opportunities within key accounts. This role offers a highly lucrative uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn $1M in Year One.
This position is ideal for someone ambitious, strategic, and technically adept—someone who can seamlessly translate complex technical concepts into valuable business outcomes while fostering strong client relationships.
Compensation :
150K–$250K base uncapped commission
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts, upsell services, and drive new business.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Work cross-functionally to align service delivery with client expectations, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Leverage technical expertise to engage in meaningful conversations around cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and scalability.
- Drive incremental revenue growth by positioning the company’s proprietary solutions and methodologies.
- Operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
