About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Delivery and Account Director who is ready to take the next step in their career by overseeing a large enterprise client portfolio. This individual will serve as the direct point of contact for scaling existing business and bringing in new opportunities within key accounts. This role offers a highly lucrative uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn $1M in Year One.

This position is ideal for someone ambitious, strategic, and technically adept—someone who can seamlessly translate complex technical concepts into valuable business outcomes while fostering strong client relationships.

Compensation :

150K–$250K base uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts, upsell services, and drive new business.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally to align service delivery with client expectations, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Leverage technical expertise to engage in meaningful conversations around cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and scalability.
  • Drive incremental revenue growth by positioning the company’s proprietary solutions and methodologies.
  • Operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.

What You’ll Need :

  • 7–10 years of experience overall with most recently being in account management, client delivery, or sales within enterprise tech (preferably cloud infrastructure or digital transformation projects).
  • Experience in consulting
  • A background in technical roles (e.g., business analyst, QA, software engineer, or product manager) before transitioning into account management or sales.
  • Proven ability to grow enterprise accounts, deliver complex projects, and drive revenue.
  • Strong technical fluency in cloud computing, infrastructure, and enterprise software solutions.
  • A track record of building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients.
