About You :

You’re a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and motion skills. You have a passion for crafting visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. With a knack for video editing and motion design, you’re comfortable handling end-to-end creative processes, from concept development to final delivery. You’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with teams, takes feedback constructively, and thrives on pushing the boundaries of creativity.

About the Role :

  • Develop visually compelling designs for campaigns, websites, social media, email, and other marketing collateral.
  • Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations for video content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate strategic objectives into stunning visual solutions.
  • Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and transparently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in visual design, including motion graphics and video editing.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design, motion, and video projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Exceptional understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Expertise in motion design and animation principles.
  • Experience editing video content with a focus on storytelling and brand alignment.
  • An eagle-eye attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with new and existing partners and industry counterparts.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Our salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
