Job Purpose
Your role as a Lead, Change Management Consultant at TruStage will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives through effective change management practices.
As a Change Lead at TruStage, you will play a crucial role in driving successful organizational change and transformation initiatives. You will be part of the HRBP and Change Management Team reporting to the Director HR Business Partner and Change Management, and will collaborate closely with various enterprise teams, including HR, L&D, Business Segments and Enterprise Planning & Program Delivery to ensure effective change implementation and adoption.

Base Salary Range
$102,200.00 - $153,300.00

Job Responsibilities
- Serving as the single point of contact for organizational change management activities.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of organizational changes.
- Act as change liaison and capability expert in consulting business areas on organizational change
- Accountable for the embeddedness of the change resulting from a project.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
- Developing/overseeing a project’s Change Management Plan.
- Coaching, mentoring and collaborating with the organizational change key matrixed teams: HR Business Partners, HR Consultants, Communications Team, Sales Planners and Project Managers.
- Partner with the Enterprise Communications Team to consult on the creation and delivery of effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Partner with the HR Learning & Development Team to consult on the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
- Partner and coach the following key partners who will be skilled in Change Management in helping influence business leaders and the culture on change management: HR Business Partners, HR Consultants, Communication Strategists, Sales Planners, Project Managers, etc.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to facilitate their role in driving and sustaining change.
- Monitor and measure change progress, performing analysis functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of experience in change management or related roles.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Change management certification is a plus.
- Insurance or Financial Services industry experience.
- Ability to travel 10-20%
- High employee engagement and satisfaction during change initiatives.
- Successful adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, or technologies.
- Smooth transition and minimal disruption during change implementation.
- Achievement of desired business outcomes and objectives.
