**Experience: 12 months of Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit experience is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Block schedule M-F. Shift: 4-10 hour shifts/week from 0800-1830 with 30 min lunch. General Certification Requirements: Licensed with Masters or Doctorate Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Peds: development, CP, autism, down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and more. What areas are they required to cover: Outpatient- no floating to inpatient. Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have 1 year of Pediatric SLP experience. Must have outpatient experience. Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual with closed toed shoes. 2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)Salary : $2,517
