**Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Experience:• 24 months of Case Management experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Shift: Sun - W
Minimum Experience: 2 years - adult behavioral health, aging & elderly and acute hospital experience preferred
Required Certifications: MSW & LICSW or LSWAIC (If LSWAIC - must be actively receiving supervision. MHS cannot provide supervision for travelers)
Skills required:Drug & alcohol Screens (SBIRT), Mental Health Evals (SAFE-T), Capacity Evals, Behavior Plans, BH referrals, discharge planning, end of life conversations, Single Bed Certs/ITA process, difficult placements, and assist with Tele psych evals. Prior experience in home health, hospice, SNF's, Medicaid/Medicare, insurance authorizations helpful.
