Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool team in Lakewood, CO (80215). This is a very part-time role, working with one patient every Thursday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. In this position, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring the patient receives the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will collaborate closely with the patient, their family, and other healthcare professionals to create a personalized care plan that promotes health and wellness.

This position is very part-time and requires a reliable, committed individual who can consistently show up for shifts. You must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to not missing or calling out for scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and education

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health, critical care preferred
- Experience in float pool, agency, or contract work is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and medical documentation systems
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
Compensation
$42.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
- $2.00 Night Differential
