Job Description :
As Head of Operations for our Enterprise Initiatives, you'll wear many hats and work as an extension of the founding team as cross-functional leader & senior problem solver, helping us drive key initiatives while incubating mission-critical functions that will determine our commercial success. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll help shape commercial strategy while directly owning and incubating the Implementation and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have deep commercial experience in the healthcare technology ecosystem and loves to build in a scrappy, high-growth environment.
This role will be responsible for :
Commercial Strategy
- Drive commercial growth strategy and execution, including market expansion, pricing optimization, and new business development.
- Partner with cross-functional leads to identify critical operational needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive efforts toward business objectives.

The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position.
