Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical unit environment
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Manage patient records, including medication administration and vital signs
- Stay current on best practices and new developments in nursing through ongoing education and training
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Louisiana or compact state
- Minimum 24 months of experience in a Medical Surgical Unit
- Prior experience with Epic preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
What We Are Looking For
- Certified BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience working with isolated patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
