**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
RNs only: Cannot have a license that is on probation, suspended, or has board proceedings that are pending.
Travel pairs are not supported - each clinician must apply and receive an offer separately
Weekend Requirements: do 4 weekend shifts per schedule periods which is 4 weeks.
Holiday Requirements: Must be available for 2 out of 3 major winter holidays and 2 out of 3 summer holidays.
Floating Required To Well-Baby Nursery. Travelers could float to 1-2 units in a 12 hr shift. Travelers float first.
Nurse Patient Ratio by shift: 1: 1-4 based on patient acuity
Patient Population (Diagnoses): Prematurity, Rule out sepsis, Respiratory Distress, Occasional postoperative patients
Must be comfortable with level III neonates
HFOV preferred
Scrubs/color: Any color. No denim. Professional appearance.

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
