**Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience:• 48 months of Quality Assurance experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Connecticut license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Monday - Friday with hours predominantly 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m this is NOT a work from home position.
RN with strong clinical exp will doing things like chart reviews and reviewing safety events. MUST have adult inpatient RN experience
Knowledge of quality assurance methods, such as PDSA cycles, and LEAN methodology. Highly preferred.
Exp with STS registry, Cardiac Exp.
Bachelor's degree in nursing and a minimum of four (4) years of inpatient clinical experience.
Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been gained through active participation in Quality Assurance.
A Master's degree may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience. Critical Care nursing experience required.
2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
