Job Description
Job Summary:
A small management company that is in search of a Self-Storage Property Manager is an energetic, outgoing, and has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who pays close attention to detail and is able to take initiative with daily tasks. We ask that all applicants have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must be a mature self-starter with excellent sales skills and an outstanding customer service attitude.
-Critical Thinker
- Must be comfortable on a computer.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Capable of light maintenance work, for general upkeep of the facility.
- No experience in the storage industry is required, just a can-do attitude!
-Must have reliable transportation/valid DL
