Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. This role will be instrumental in shaping our company's future and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Sales Management :

Oversee the entire sales organization, including sales teams, channel partners, and distributors.

  • Develop and implement effective sales processes, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing Leadership :

    • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

  • Manage brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
  • Team Building and Development :

    • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.

  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Financial Performance :

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of international sales and marketing.
