We are hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to source, attract, and extend offers to top talent to meet the current and future needs of the business. They also partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify target skill sets and culture fit of candidates.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all position levels within the company, including high volume recruiting of manufacturing associates to drive the growth of our production and manufacturing teams.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Team to understand business needs and create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
- Ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience with posting jobs, sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, executing offer letters, pre-employment screening, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process at every stage within an applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to leverage social media and web-based recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- When necessary, manage and facilitate the process with external recruiters and agencies.
Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of state and federal hiring processes and laws.
- Must be able to effectively maneuver within an HRIS and ATS system.
- Ability to effectively communicated to all levels of employees, from entry level to senior management.
- Eager to own the recruiting function between both TruStile facilities and partner with our parent company, Marvin on projects.
