About the role
Responsible for leading IT service ownership and technology modernization efforts. This includes responsibility for strategic planning, solution design, service ownership, and the proactive evolution of IT infrastructure services to align with business growth and operational excellence. Oversees a team of consisting of Solution Architects and Solution Engineers, covering areas such as Cloud & Colo, Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Directory Services, Database & Data Platforms, Enterprise Collaboration, and Contact Center.
Key Accountabilities :
Strategic IT Service Design & Build
- Define and drive the IT infrastructure service strategy, design, and build roadmap to align with business priorities and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain service ownership for IT platforms, ensuring a structured service roadmap and lifecycle management to prevent reactive operations.
- Lead proactive modernization efforts to keep IT services current, avoiding conflicts with business growth initiatives.
- Ensure a balance between technology innovation, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois) :
131,991.00 - $245,127.00 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
