About the role
Responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) to ensure excellence in delivery of Enterprise projects and realization of project benefits. Significant focus is placed on continuous improvement, aimed at streamlining the PMLC to reduce the cycle time from project initiation to closure while enhancing overall project delivery outcomes. Ensure Project Managers are maintaining accountability and compliance with standardization and governance requirements. Partner in hiring and developing strong project managers. Manage contracts with Project Management staffing firms and targeted resources required for project delivery. Participate in Business Process Engineering (BPE) and Change Management Communities of Practice.
Key Accountabilities :
Gate Reviews and Reporting
- Drive the organization's continuous project planning process, ensuring that Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) gates are well-established and effectively managed, including facilitating ELT Gate Reviews and collaborating with Project Leaders to ensure they are fully prepared to discuss key project milestones and decision points
- Coordinate, centralize and drive discussions for an enterprise list of future projects to be considered and prioritized
- Establish and maintain centralized enterprise-level project reporting, in close collaboration with the finance leaders, at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals, including comprehensive project status, health and financials to the ELT
- Ensure post project benefit realization and run costs are tracked, understood, and reported to stakeholders and ELT

The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois) :
133,593 - $199,476 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
