What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Catastrophic Personal Injury position at TrustPoint International, LLC?
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a busy and collegial plaintiff's personal injury law firm in its search for a Litigation Attorney (Associate), specializing in catastrophic personal injury. This is a direct hire role out of the firm's Philadelphia offices.
Qualifications of the Litigation Attorney include but are not limited to:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (practicing in catastrophic personal injuries, spanning from med mal, product liability, premise liability, construction accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, and more).
- Strong ability to handle different tasks including taking depositions, drafting briefs, arguing motions, and second-chairing trials;
- The ability to generate business is a plus but not required.
- Someone who is diligent, resourceful, and confident!
- Ability to work well collaboratively and be a self-starter. The associate will work primarily with two attorneys (one Partner).
- ability to reliably commute and work onsite out of the Firm's Philadelphia offices;
- Active Philadelphia Bar license, in good standing.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Base salary range: $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience; coupled with formulaic origination bonuses as well as discretionary firm bonuses, which could significantly increase annual compensation; benefits (including employer paid medical), 401(k) with match; bonuses.
This is a new position, open because of growth.
