Great opportunity for an experienced Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a leading boutique law firm in their Washington DC office on a direct hire hybrid basis. This position will administer all aspects of entry-level and lateral attorney hiring. Duties include, but are not limited to the following :
- Correspond with candidates, search firms, law students and career services professionals;
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain applicant files;
- Coordinate and administer fall on-campus interview program;
- Coordinate and administer the summer associate program (orientation, work assignments, evaluations, and event planning);
- Must be highly motivated with excellent judgment;
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills;
- Work independently and effectively as part of a team;
- Must be available to work overtime and attend evening events as necessary.
