About the Role:
Trustpoint.one is assisting a major client in finding a highly experienced, self-sufficient Temporary Real Estate Attorney to support their Real Estate needs in Phoenix, Arizona, with an overflow of commercial lease agreements. This individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of lease-related matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Duration: Contract with indefinite need

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Conduct title review and manage all associated legal aspects independently.
- Collaborate with internal teams on lease negotiations, construction agreements, and facilities matters.
- Navigate standard real estate leasing terms and effectively adapt as needed.
- Handle up to 20 lease agreements with speed and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including construction, facilities, and lease negotiation, while maintaining clear communication with the broader Legal department.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
- 10 years of experience in commercial leasing and real estate law.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of lease terms, construction agreements, and real estate transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and adapting to a collaborative yet autonomous work style.
- Culturally aligned with a “work hard/play hard” environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams located on different floors or departments, as needed.
