Positions Available:
- 2 Experienced Marine Technicians
- 2 Entry-Level Technicians eager to learn and grow in the industry
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical Background – Experience in mechanical work is a plus, but not required.
- Eager to Learn – We want individuals who are enthusiastic about learning and growing their skills in the marine field.
- Experience on Boats – Familiarity with boat systems and maintenance is a plus.
- Electrical/Wiring Experience – Any experience in electrical work is highly valued.
- Enjoys Manual Labor – This is a hands-on job that involves working with engines, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills – The ability to diagnose and repair engine issues is key to success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Field Work & Shop Work – The job will take you both out in the field and working in our shop.
- Engines & Repowers – You will be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boat engines, including repower projects.
- Generator Work – Troubleshooting and performing maintenance on Kohler generators.
- Mercury Marine Technician Training – We offer the opportunity to attend school and become a certified Mercury Marine Technician.
- All Things Marine – From diagnostics and repairs to everything in between, no two days will be the same.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
