We're looking for a Spray Foam Installer with at least 1.5 years of full time experience in both open-cell foam and closed cell foam. You will have a dedicated spray foam truck and all equipment needed including a fresh air pump.
Please Note: A minimum of 1.5 years of experience is required, if you haven't worked full time for at least 1.5 years as a spray foam installer, please do not apply, you won't be considered for this position.
Compensation:
We will pay by piece rate which will range from $24.00 to $42.00 per hour depending on your performance, production, and the difficulty of the project that day (we pay by the sqft foot per thickness of foam, type, and difficulty). Your Responsibilities
As a spray foam installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing sprayfoam on residential new construction, retrofit, and commercial construction sites. You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment which at times will include in field repairs and troubleshooting of the equipment. Projects will include sealed crawlspaces, unvented attics (foamed roof-decks), attic floors, exterior walls (from the inside and at times the outside with a lift and safety equipment/harnesses), overhangs, crawlspace ceilings, garage ceilings, and more. Along with sprayfoam you will be expected at times to install various other types of insulation, vapor barrier on crawlspace floors, prep, and other industry related items as needed, while the majority of your time will be installing sprayfoam insulation.

Physical Requirements
Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

- Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage material at job site.
- Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to learn
- Willingness to work off of extension ladders and lifts at tall heights.
