• Delivering unmatched customer service while building lasting relationships, ensuring follow-up and repeat interactions through proficient problem-solving.
• Educating customers regarding the application of our products to enhance their service capabilities.
• Using technical know-how to troubleshoot complications that customers may face, consequently reducing return rates and improving customer experiences.
• Overseeing the processing of returns, aptly documenting any product issues, and collaborating with finance for accurate inventory management and credit adjustments.
• Maintaining communication with manufacturers to streamline return processes and resolve potential issues affecting returns.
• Shipping products in line with the prescribed guidelines, accurately tracking shipments while being well-versed in shipping management software.
• Displaying a robust understanding of the various manufacturer warranty policies.
• Working openly with internal teams to support a cohesive approach to customer service.
• Responding promptly to inquiries from customers through various communication methods.
• Being eager to acquire knowledge about the tools and processes within our field.
• Advising customers on product features that align best with their unique requirements.
