We’re looking for a problem-solver with a mix of technical and operational skills to support solution engineering, customer onboarding, and internal operations. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, security, and business operations.
- Assist in the deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of authentication solutions for enterprise customers.
- Support API configurations, Windows/macOS environments, IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, etc.), and physical access control systems.
- Analyze logs and system events, helping diagnose and resolve issues for customers.
- Work with engineering and product teams to document technical solutions and improve user experience.
- Provide customer training and onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of our solutions.
- Manage internal projects, including tracking invoices, optimizing workflows, and streamlining operational processes.
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and sales support materials.
- Work with partners and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Help improve error reporting, event tracking, and automation of internal processes.
- Support hiring, training, and documentation efforts for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Technical Aptitude – Comfortable with troubleshooting IT issues, working with APIs, and understanding enterprise software.
Problem-Solving Skills – You enjoy debugging, troubleshooting, and improving operational efficiency.
Strong Communicator – Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can manage projects, documentation, and technical processes efficiently.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical or operational role
- Basic familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, etc.), APIs, Windows/macOS environments, or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience with cybersecurity, IT automation, or access control systems.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
