Job Description
This position is responsible for providing interpretation services to Spanish-speaking employees during the recruiting and onboarding process. The successful candidate will also work on the production floor when not assisting in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding new hires
- Conduct New Hire Orientation
- Conduct pre-employment and post-accident drug tests
- Assist in company engagement activities and functions
- Help employees with questions or concerns
- Update company communication avenues
- Projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Knowledge gained through on-the-job training of company products, policies, and procedures
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Skilled in multitasking and time management
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to function cooperatively and effectively in a team environment with peers and personnel in other departments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
- Adhere to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions
