Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans that align with the organization's goals.

- Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government entities.
- Utilize Raiser Edge software to manage donor relationships, track contributions, and analyze fundraising data.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective donors through effective public relations strategies.
- Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness of our mission.
- Collaborate with team members to create marketing materials that promote fundraising initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising or related fields such as public relations or marketing.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Raiser Edge software or similar fundraising management tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential funding opportunities.
- Exceptional written communication skills for grant proposal writing and donor correspondence.
