We’re looking for a dynamic, outgoing Sales & Customer Experience Associate who will be the welcoming face of our TRX Training Center in Delray Beach, FL. What You’ll Do:
- Membership & Retail Sales: Promote membership packages and retail items to drive sales and support the studio’s growth.
- Lead & Membership Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective leads and current members to nurture relationships, handle inquiries, and address concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Welcome & Assist: Warmly greet members and guests, ensure a smooth check-in process, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Studio Tours & Onboarding: Lead engaging tours of the studio, showcasing TRX’s fitness programs and facilities and helping new members get acquainted.
- Collaborate with Trainers: Work with trainers to set up personalized orientations for new members, helping them get started on their fitness journey.
- Community Engagement: Participate in promotional events, studio activities, and outreach initiatives to foster connections and build a sense of belonging.
- Maintain Studio Environment: Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting by tidying up throughout your shift and ensuring equipment is in place.
- Teamwork and Communication: You will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to ensure the highest level of service is delivered consistently. You will communicate via phone, email, and in-person to support member needs.
Who You Are:
- Sales Savvy: With at least 1 year of sales experience, you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and enjoy engaging with customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Passionate About Fitness: You’re not just looking for a job—you want to be part of a community committed to improving lives through fitness.
- Customer Service Expert: You have at least 1 year of customer service experience and know how to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences.
- Friendly and outgoing, your personality is magnetic. You make people feel comfortable and excited to be part of the TRX community.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You easily juggle multiple tasks, keep things running smoothly, and manage your time efficiently.
- Flexible & Adaptable: You’re comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and can handle whatever comes your way with a positive attitude.
Job Details:
Location: TRX Training Center, Delray Beach, FL 33483
Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with general computer systems.
