We are currently searching for a dependable individual to help with the general maintenance of the facility. Job duties include picking up trash, mopping, sweeping, painting, light electrical, plumbing, and some carpentry work as well.

This is a first shift position for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. We offer an excellent pay and benefit package including healthcare, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and profit sharing.

Prior cleaning experience including knowledge in the proper handling and use of cleaning products is required. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

o Full time position
o $20-$22 per hour based on experience
o Position is a combination of warehouse cleaning, maintenance/repair, and snow removal

o Skills required:
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Carpentry
Painting
Forklift
Heavy equipment experience a must
Landscaping

o March November is 1st shift
o December February is overnights for snow plowing

Snow shoveling
Weed trimming
Lifting trash cans
