We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
- Conduct floor care maintenance including buffing, sweeping, and mopping
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Assist with facilities maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks as assigned
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas
Requirements
- Prior experience in custodial or related roles preferred
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform floor care duties effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with custodial tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
